Shipping Policy
We currently offer standard shipping through USPS in the United States at $4.75 USD. We do offer free shipping at orders over $50.00 USD. Shipping usually takes 5-7 days. Expect processing and handling to take an initial 2-3 days. We strive to get products to you in perfect condition as soon as possible so waits may not be this long. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy: We can accept order cancellations if the shipping process has not been completed. After the package is shipped we cannot cancel the order.

Damaged Goods Policy: If a product has been damaged on route to you, please contact us at mountainmuttsshop@gmail.com for quality resolution with 14 days of receival.
